The story

In February 2016, I started up  M and J, my concept store, a dream which came true.

Having been born and raised in a family of entrepreneurs, the envy to start my own business has always been there. Before taking the plunge to the intense life of entrepreneur, I elected to pursue business studies which I followed with a first professional experience. After three years as a marketing manager in the media, I felt it was the right time to start-up my own venture.

​

Passionate about fashion, I started digging to find less known european brands offering trendy pieces and styles at reasonable prices. I sought original and refined pieces and favoured European and Belgian designers.

​

My researches were successful and I unearth true gems which you can now find in the store!

​

Beyond a simple store, I also wanted to create a warm and cosy setting where you feel at ease, a luminous location inspired by Scandinavian decoration, pure shapes and wooden walls.

​

After one month refurbishment, the store meets all expectations and is ready to welcome you in the Wellington Gallery in Waterloo.
